Student Safety First
The well-being of every student is our highest priority.
All activities are designed to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where students can learn, grow, and enjoy being active.
Safety always comes before competition.
Background Checks
Whenever required by a school district, school, or applicable law, instructors working directly with students complete the appropriate criminal background screening before providing services.
Documentation can be provided upon request.
Liability Insurance
Sunrise Sports Club maintains General Liability Insurance appropriate for after-school sports programming.
Proof of insurance is available upon request for participating schools and organizations.
Professional Standards
Every instructor is expected to:
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Treat every student with dignity and respect.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow all school policies and procedures.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, Sunrise Sports Club follows the school’s established emergency procedures.
School staff are notified immediately, and all appropriate safety protocols are followed.
Partnership with Schools
Every school is different.
We work closely with administrators and staff to ensure our programs align with each school’s expectations, safety procedures, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Student information is handled responsibly and only when necessary for program operations.
